This rule will traverse the plan to collect necessary hints for leaf table scan node and set them in ScanRequest. Hints include:

single_evaluation_node_allowed 🔒

Returns whether a plan node can occur on the scan path of a controlled PromQL single evaluation without changing which row is newest per series.

single_evaluation_projection_expr_allowed 🔒

This whitelist assumes the planner preserves time-index and series identity; it is not a proof that an arbitrary plan does so.
