Converts prepared rows in target-schema order without Prom-specific renaming.

Missing columns evaluate their defaults once per conversion. Explicit nulls remain nulls. Semantic types are checked against the table time index and primary-key indices.

Panics

Panics if rows.rows is empty. Callers must skip empty writes before conversion.
