build_datanode_plan 🔒
Builds the drain plan of node_id.
ensure_drain_deadline 🔒
Returns an error if the drain exceeded its deadline.
leads_region 🔒
Returns true if node_id still leads region_id.
select_migration_target 🔒
Selects the migration destination of region_id off the drained datanode.
