Function sequence_floor 

pub(crate) fn sequence_floor(entry_id: EntryId) -> u64

Returns the smallest object sequence whose entry ids are all greater than entry_id. Zero names no entry, so it needs no floor.

An id assigned under the earlier contiguous scheme carries no object information, but the floor keeps every new id above it just the same.
