Key used to compare an event path with WatchTargets::entries.
The entries are built from the configured spelling, which may differ in case from what is on disk (and reported in events) on the usually case-insensitive filesystems of macOS and Windows, so compare lowercased there. At worst this lets a few extra events through on a case-sensitive volume.
